How can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Due to the speed at which we process orders, it is generally not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.
What does the availability flag mean?
When an item shows IN STOCK, we generally do have inventory available on that item. However, because of the volume of products that we sell, we cannot guarantee availability. If your item is no longer available, we will contact you via e-mail and keep you informed about the item
What is the product warranty?
Each product has its own declared warranty period. All warranties will be carried out by the respective manufacturers/vendors.
Can you tell me when an item will be available if it shows OUT OF STOCK?
This is the most common email we receive. We try to maintain accurate estimates from our suppliers however sometimes this information is not available. Occasionally we will not be able to obtain an item as it has become discontinued or is not available for the manufacturer. Inventory availability changes every day so check our website often or if the item is out of stock you can
enter your name and email on the form and once the item becomes available we will send you a email notice that the item is in stock and ready to purchase.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive notifications from us regarding your order confirmation and receipt. You will receive this after the order and payment was verified and the address you provided to us.
In the event you do not receive a shipping notification from us within 2 business days after placing your order with us, please email us.
How can I get a price quote or stock quote?
Our website uses data-based inventory. All products, pricing and availability of the products are shown each time you refresh your web page. All ordering, price quotes, stock status, and shipping quotes are done directly online.
Do you offer technical support?
Sorry but we cannot offer technical support on the products we carry. With huge inventory items, it is not possible for us to have a staff large enough to be knowledgeable on every product. Please contact the manufacturer directly if you have any difficulties with the product you intend to purchase or have purchased from us.
I did not receive all items that I ordered, why is this?
Often, your order will be split into multiple shipments from different warehouses across the country. We make every effort to ship from the same warehouse but this cannot always happen due to changing inventory levels. Please email us if you need additional tracking information on other parts of your order that have not yet arrived.
Does your price include manufacturer rebates?
Our prices do not reflect any current, past or future rebates.
Do you offer reseller or volume discounts?
We do not offer any reseller programs at this time.
